These flowers are held in high esteem in Traditional Thai Medicine, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine and are said to enhance and maintain youthful looks, support a healthy immune system, circulation, eyesight and healthy skin as well as have anti-inflammatory properties.
Directions –
Place 1 teaspoon of dried flowers in an infuser, tea pot or plunger.
Add 1 cup of boiled water
Steep for 5 minutes or more
Enjoy hot or chilled
Traditionally served with lemon and honey
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
